Design

The Obiqo design aesthetic is highly sophisticated and contemporary. Every element of the Obiqo design experience is reflective of the luxury experience we aspire to provide you with, everyday.

The ‘Shimmering Shell’ colour created for Obiqo boxes and containers was inspired by the pink and grey tones we see on polished shells such as mother of pearl, clams and oysters.
The ‘Obiqo Blue’ was inspired by the colour created when our southern hemisphere sky and sea connect with the setting sun. We use metallic ink and foil to mimic our glistening sea.
The crisp white boxes symbolise the purity of the product within. Every Obiqo ingredient meets the highest standards and our anti-aging extracts represent a sustainable use of marine resources.
The name Obiqo  itself is based on the concept of reflection in calm waters. We believe your daily skincare regime provides a relaxing time to reflect – a must for Obiqo women who live life to the full.


Sustainable packaging
A New Zealand owned, award winning and Enviro-Mark certified printing company worked with us to create the best quality and sustainable box packaging.
The recyclable boxes are made from a high quality board produced using ECF (Elemental Chlorine Free), FSC Certified Mixed Source pulp from Well Managed and Legally Harvested forests, and is manufactured under the strict ISO14001 Environmental Management System.
All waste board during the printing process is recycled and the offset printing plates, made from aluminum are also recycled. The glue is water based and non-toxic.
The metallic inks we use to reflect the shimmering sea are sustainably sourced with a mineral element to them.
Our tubes and bottles all have recycling numbers - please recycle in the correct containers.
