Delivery
Your order will generally be shipped within 24 hours of receipt. If it is longer we will advise you by email. Orders are processed on working days only (Monday to Friday excluding weekends and public holidays).
Shipping - New Zealand
If the postal address is in New Zealand, from time of shipping, your order should arrive by courier post within 1-2 working days. Orders can be delivered to rural addresses and PO Boxes.
Shipping - International
International orders may take between 5 and 10 working days via New Zealand postal service/International Air Post. (Note: times may vary seasonally).
Taxes & Duties
Please note that international orders may incur a variety of local import taxes, customs, duty, or GST/VAT. Obiqo Limited is not responsible for payment of any fees or charges imposed once the package reaches your country - they are not included in your payment to us and are payable to the appropriate government agencies. If you have concerns regarding the imposition of taxes, fees or duties, please research at your end before ordering. Due to the huge variability in tax & import policies between countries, we cannot offer any advice on this matter.
