Obiqo strives always to ensure your purchase arrives in optimum condition. If, when you receive your order, you are not completely satisfied with the condition of your products please contact us and let us know. You may return them unused within 30 days for a full refund. Goods are returned to Obiqo at your expense, however where the product is damaged or faulty we will refund  the cost of the return postage.
