If it is the first time you have shopped with us – it’s easy! You don't need to create an account or register first. Just click "add to Basket" for each item you would like to purchase. Your chosen product will appear in the shopping cart with a default quantity of one. Change the quantity if desired or if you change your mind just select a quantity of 0, followed by 'Update' and the cart will remove it. |

Proceed to Checkout and Payment:
Here we will ask for your delivery and payment details. A special word about credit card payments – these are securely processed using the highest level of SSL secure socket technology by Direct Payment Solutions or by PayPal - you can choose in the drop down box. You will receive an automated invoice recording your purchase.

Gifts and Gift Wrapping:
All orders will arrive deliciously gift wrapped (you are special to us!) either in white paper and our own special ribbon, or in a tissue packed, ribbon tied box. If you order a gift pack it will come bubble wrap protected (and our bubble wrap is biodegradable). Let us know in the special instructions if it is a gift - we can include a card (don't forget to include your message in the special instructions). |
Delivery:
All orders are dispatched the same or next working day by Courier Post within New Zealand or by International airmail. You will receive an email advising you it has been sent.
Postage within New Zealand is free. For Australia the cost of postage by International Airmail is $10.00 for orders up to $200.00 and $20.00 for orders up to $400.00. For orders beyond these countries the cost of postage by International Airmail is $13.50 for orders up to $150.00 and $20.00 for orders up to $400.00. For any orders over these limits please
